1. PRICES, DEPOSITS, PAYMENTS, REFUNDS

• Prices shown are per person, double/single occupancy, in dollars

• The deposit is $400 per person.

• Balance payments are due 45 days prior to tour start.

​

• Deposits and balance payments are accepted only by check or Venmo. Cashier checks are also acceptable.  This saves the traveler credit card fees that All About Destinations must charge to process cards.

​

• After your deposit has been accredited, we will track your payments whether you follow the suggested payment plan or not.  Should you fail to make final payment by the date specified, we reserve the right to cancel your booking without refund.

​

• Cancellations and refunds: In the unlikely event that we would cancel your tour, you would be entitled to a partial refund within 60 days after the tour’s cancellation.  As we pay many vendors a non-refundable deposit, the refund amount is based on how much has been paid to vendors and how much can be refunded.

Deposits

• $400.00 is non-refundable.  The remaining funds that you have paid my be refunded based on the date of cancellation and whether vendors are willing to refund deposits.

 

No payments are refundable​ 60 days or less prior to tour start date.

 

Physician documented emergency medical reasons or police documented cases of accident, flood, fire or crime may be required for any and all refunds.

​

We do not provide refunds for: non-medical personal problems; air carrier delays or cancellations; inability to obtain passports; business problems or emergencies; etc.

2. TRAVEL PROTECTION

We strongly recommend you purchase a travel protection plan to help protect you and your trip investment!  Travel Guard provides Trip Cancellation/Trip Interruption, Emergency Medical and Emergency Evacuation/Repatriation, Trip Delay, Baggage Delay and much more.  There is an additional fee for travel insurance.  It is not possible for All About Destinations, LLC. to provide protection coverage of any sort and you agree to buy insurance or travel at your own risk.

3. INCLUDED

Transfers (CAC) to Washington Dulles Airport (IAD) on Day 1 and from the Washington Dulles Airport to the CAC on Day 21.  Hotel accommodations with breakfast. Lunches and dinner where designated on the "Itinerary" page.  Admissions to all sites visited as a group, as listed in the tour itinerary.  Items not listed as included on the "Itinerary" page are not included.  All items listed as "OYO" is on your own and not included.

4. NOT INCLUDED

Transportation to/from the CAC, and any air transportation "on your own" to meet the group.  All meals not listed as included in the itinerary, room service, phone calls, gratuity, etc.  Coach driver gratuity is included in the package.  However, if you would like to give a little extra for the coach driver this is definitely appreciated.  You will be asked if you would like to give a little extra at the end of the tour.

5. ARRIVALS/DEPARTURES

The transfers from London Heathrow Airport (LHR) to our first hotel destination will be included in the package.  Transfer from our last hotel destination (Toulouse) to the Toulouse-Blagnac Airport (TLS) are also included.

6. LUGGAGE

You are usually allowed one suitcase and one carry-on bag. Instruments may be carried on the airplane if they meet overhead compartment size restrictions.  If you exceed these limits there may not be space in the coach to transport your excess luggage and it will be at your own expense to have it transported throughout the tour. We suggest that you bring a day pack for carrying water, guide books, jacket, rain gear, etc.  Larger instruments will be checked and are included in the full package price.

7. WALKING ON TOUR

Most medieval towns were built as hilltop fortifications, so you might find some uphill walking. Be prepared to spend a few hours a day on your feet. This tour is not suited for anyone who has problems with knees, back, heart, obesity or those who cannot manage steps and moderate inclines. Age is not important as long as you are reasonably fit and a good walker. If you have any difficulty walking we will accommodate as needed.

9. HOTELS

Hotel are located in generally quiet locations within historic districts or a short distance outside the city near airports. European hotel rooms are generally smaller than those in the U.S., and have one full bed or two single beds, with private bath.

10. SINGLE TRAVELERS

We have space available for a singles on the tour. They are provided with single-use double rooms. Please see the website for additional single supplement costs.

11. PRICES

Our tours and dates, as listed in our website, are guaranteed. We do not sell optional excursions (OYO) or take you on shopping expeditions. Your additional expenses will be for non-included meals, moderate tipping where appropriate, and personal sightseeing or shopping etc.

12. SMOKING POLICY

We have a no smoking policy on all tour buses and hotel rooms..

13. LIMIT OF LIABILITY

No responsibility is accepted by All About Destinations, LLC for any loss, expense, accident, injury, or damage to any person or property due to the actions or omissions of any person, or any cause, including but not limited to acts of God, acts of terrorism, war, strikes, defects in machinery, breakdown of equipment, weather, quarantine, pandemic, vendor negligence, loss of baggage, or other causes beyond our control, such losses being the responsibility of the guest.

14. MEMBERSHIP ON TOUR

All About Destinations, LLC reserves the right to accept, reject, or not retain any person as a tour participant whose condition or general deportment impedes the operation of the tour or, in the opinion of the tour manager, affects the rights and enjoyment of other guests. A guest not retained on tour shall have no cause for complaint or refund, and shall bear any and all extra expenses that ensue.

15. TOUR CHANGES

We reserve the right to make changes in accommodations, visits, and itineraries at any time should it become necessary or desirable. Delays or itinerary changes caused by strikes, bad weather, traffic, or other unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control and we are not obliged to pay guests/travelers compensation.
