Guidelines for Payment - A $150 deposit is due upon booking. You can also pay in full with one payment. You can skip the deposit and just pay the total in full however. A rounded 3.5% credit card fee is added on to all credit card payments. Remaining balance is due no later than 15 days prior to departure. You can register more than 1 adult by increasing the number (quantity) in the payment section.

​Travel Insurance is available for trips of two days or more. Travel Insurance must be purchased separately. Please refer to our cancellation policy for refunds etc. Click on the appropriate link below to make payments in full, deposits and/or balances. If you would like to print the registration form and mail a check, please click the appropriate link to download the registration form. Make all checks payable to All About Destinations. The downloadable form also has a credit card information section if you would like to pay by credit card but would prefer mailing your credit card information vs. an online purchase. Please read the payment links below carefully before making payment.

How To Pay: Complete the form and choose the number of participants (ie: how many people are you paying for). Click on the "submit" button. The next page will give you the option of paying with your PayPal account (if you have one) OR paying by credit card. If paying by credit card, simply ignore the PayPal log-in and click below where it says "Pay with Debit or Credit Card" to complete your transaction. You will be asked for the "quantity". This should match your number of participants from the previous page. You total amount will be adjusted based on your quantity.

CHILDREN: If you would like to bring children (under the age of 12 years old) on the trip, they need to be registered separately. You can register children under 12 below using appropriate links.

SINGLE OCCUPANCY: If you are traveling alone, the cost for the trip with single occupancy is $925. Online payments for single occupancy is not available. Please print the registration form (any of the links below) and mail your payment to our WV office.

TRAVEL INSURANCE: Travel Insurance is available for this trip. Please use the banner (at the bottom of the page) to contact our partners at Travel Guard for the best travel insurance available. You can choose the amount of coverage and customize your travel policy.

Accordingly, the participants agree not to hold All About Destinations, LLC or affiliated companies responsible for any loss or injury which may be caused or contributed to by such suppliers or by any other cause, condition or event whatsoever beyond the direct control of All About Destinations, LLC or affiliated companies. The undersigned hereby release All About Destinations, LLC and affiliated companies, and their respective officers, directors, employees and agents from any and all liability for claims resulting from any acts or omissions of the independent travel suppliers providing accommodations and services in connection with the travel program, or from any other cause, condition or event beyond the direct control of All About Destinations, LLC or affiliated companies.

Publicity Release: During the trip, participant(s) may be photographed or videotaped for promotional, public relations or advertising use. Accordingly, the participants hereby authorize representatives of any sponsoring company or organization, All About Destinations, LLC and/or other travel program suppliers to photograph, film or otherwise record the activities of the undersigned during the travel program, and authorize and consent to the use of any such photographs, films or recordings for any and all purposes, included but not limited to use in publications or presentations during or following the conclusion of the travel program. The undersigned hereby waive and release any claims for compensation or liability that the undersigned might otherwise have arising out of or related to such.
